A lifelong student of running with an extensive knowledge base developed through racing and research. Ross has competed internationally over cross-country and mountain running for Scotland and GB & NI and brings a wealth of experience to coaching athletes from beginners to elite. A UKA qualified running Coach and UESCA Qualified Ultra Running Coach, Ross enjoys coaching athletes of all abilities over any distance and terrain.
